HOW IS A VARIS PREFABRICATED BATHROOM MADE?

Planning

In planning the construction, details and materials, a Varis technical team carefully considers different possibilities and selects the optimum solution together with the client and project designer. The following factors are taken into account: technological progress, experience and established suppliers. A Varis development and research team takes care of development, optimisation, state-of-the-art technological procedures and the most advanced materials. The locations of all connections for the prefabricated bathroom are also determined in the planning phase.

Manufacturing

Prefabricated bathrooms are manufactured in controlled working and climate conditions. Individual phases of work are managed and supervised by Varis master builders. They provide advice to workers, provide assistance and take care of the quality execution of every last detail.

Every working process and production phase is constantly monitored by quality control experts.

Testing

The quality of concrete for prefabricated bathrooms is tested according to the SiST EN 206:1:2016+A1:2016 and SiST 1026:2016 systems in our in-house certified laboratory.

Assembling

Adequately secured prefabricated bathrooms protected with temporary doors are delivered to the site. The customer sets the delivery date and we strictly comply with it. Prefabricated bathrooms are installed using a builders hoist, usually during the construction, or at a later time, when the load-bearing structure of the building is already completed. After installation of the prefabricated bathrooms, connections are made with the building’s installation lines.
